OERTM Further Training
OERTMFT is an OPITO approved course and is designed to meet the further practice requirements not able to be met offshore, for Emergency Response Team Members, as identified in the UKOOA Guidelines for Competence and Training for Emergency Response. During this programme they will be given the opportunity to demostrate as detailed below, the knowledge and actions required by a member of an Offshore Emergency Response Team when dealing with live fire and rescue situations as this will be in aspects involving live fires which they cannot reasonably practise offshore.

OEHTM Further Training

Travel Safety by Boat
This programme is designed to meet the initial onshore safety and emergency response training and assesment requirements for new entrants and all personnel currently travelling and transferring by boat to an offshore oil and gas installation in a warm water tropical environment.

Rigger Training Stage1
Rigger Training Stage 1 is an OPITO-approved course and is designed to meet the initial onshore training and assessment requirements for personnel carrying out rigging and lifting operations. This course aims to provide delegates with knowledge of the rigging principles, general hazards and risks as well as awareness of legislations and regulations associated with rigging and lifting operation. It also provides opportunity to practice basic rigging operations following a lifting plan.
