Advance Electrode Welding

The Advance Electrode course is comprised of theoretical and heavy practical training in developing welding skills to do root passes, hot pass filling and layered capping passes on grooved plates and pipe.  This training can be taken as a preparatory course for a DNV welder qualification test. Trainees learn techniques in various positions required in a performance qualification exam using low hydrogen electrodes.

Documented proof/certification of capability in 3G, 4G and advanced arc welding
