The Anchor Handling Operation Course was born of an overwhelming industry need to drastically minimize risk and sesulting incident on board anchor handling and similar offshore support vessels.  Being the first of its kind in the world this course sets the bar for preparing offshore support personnel for the rigors, hazards and operational responsibilities encountered by anchor handling and offshore vessel crews.  With specific emphasis on safety in all aspects and with an intensive practical exercise format built in, the course familiarizes delegates with enhanced hands-on operational knowledge and applied skills vital to anchor handling crew members serving the oil and gas industry.

This course is aimed at the following personnel who need to develop capabilities and techniques involving anchor handling vessel operation:

- Officers and crew of the offshore anchor handling vessels

- Officers and crew of offshore support vessels (OSV) and other related vessels performing support activities in the operation of oil and gas installation
