Description
Actual Class Society welder’s tests will employ the services of either DNV or ABS for on-site verification of workmanship and initial visual inspection. CTSI can arrange for either a DNV or ABS welding surveyor to conduct and witness actual testing as well as inspect specimens (coupons) of candidates for NDT or DT approval and eventual certification pending third party test results.

Please Note: DNV and ABS Charges are billed directly to client at no added costs and are the responsibility of the client. DNV and ABS will not release or mark certificates without all charges being fully paid. CTSI will only coordinate between end-user and certifying body and is not responsible for advancing payment to such party after the rendering of surveyor services. Bills should be settled with either DNV or ABS within fifteen (15) days of services rendered.

Please Note: Charges and bills from third party testing companies are the responsibility of the client. CTSI will forward third party invoices direct to client at no extra charge. CTSI will also assume responsibility for the delivery of specimens (coupons) to and from third party testing company’s premises as well as the delivery of test results and reports to the client’s office. CTSI will not advance payment to contracted third parties. Bills should be settled with third party testing company within fifteen (15) days of receipt of invoice.
