Description
One of our most popular courses, EFF brings you into the heat of fire combat. EFF is a jointly designed program of CTSI, the Royal Norwegian Naval fire fighting staff and NMFPI experts in accordance with IMO model course 1.20.
This course is NIS standard and is designed to provide you with extensive training in fighting fires and is highly recommended for tanker officers, crew and anyone who is often exposed to fire prone areas.

Objective
EFF is designed to provide extensive training in fighting fires. You will be able to:
  • React in the correct manner in the event of a fire
  • Take appropriate measures for the safety of personnel and passengers
  • Use fire equipment correctly
  • Identify and correct defects in preventing fires.
