Description
This Upgrading Course for Ship Fitters is the link in the natural progression from Ship Fitter to Ship Welder. This practical welding course bridges the knowledge of fitter and expands capability to become a welder on board a vessel. It is comprehensive and extensive, full of practical welding training at our Unitor accredited welding training facility.

Objective
Delegates will be able to: Perform basic ship welding tasks employing safe methods and practices, learn the dangers when welding and working with various gases and the precautions to be taken such as planning welding works and implementing permit to work.
